WHEN DO I REST

It's Spring Break. My kids are away and I cannot seem to bring myself to get out of the house.....I still have too much to do. Powering down is a challenge for me, but quite necessary. We all need a time to relax, release and recharge. Even though I would rather sort through the mountains of emails, deleting those that don't apply and find a home for those I must keep, I am forcing myself to power down. I am going to rest today....get out of the house and not answer one more email about work. Wish me luck.
